Vincent Licor of Stevenson baseball took his athletic talent to Attnang-Puchheim Austria to play in the 2026 Finkstonball Tournament playing for the X-Presidents baseball team that represents the United States of America.

The Finkstonball Tournament hosts eight Senior Baseball teams. It is hosted by the Attnang-Puchheim Athletics of the Austrian Bundesliga and has been running since 1997. It features both baseball and softball clubs.

"It gives Division III student athletes the chance to meet and play against baseball players from all over the world." Licor stated.

Licor heard about this opportunity through Head Coach, Matt Righter

One of Licor's favorite memories during his time in Austria was getting to share the field with his coach and former teammates abroad. "The game we played in together was the most sought after game of the tournament, under the lights, in front of over a thousand fans."

A four-year member of the Mustangs baseball squad, Licor has thrived with the experience of being a Division III student-athlete. "My favorite memory of being student-athlete at Stevenson is being able to connect with other teams at their games and ours, and build life long friendships one and off the field," Licor mentioned.
