Box Score STEVENSON, Md. - The Stevenson men's tennis team (5-6, 2-2 MACC) clinched a spot in the MAC Commonwealth tournament with a commanding 6-1 win over the visiting Spartans. 

Brandon Nguyen and Luke Appleman improved to 6-3 on the year with a 6-2 win in No. 1 doubles. Christian Coulson and Nate Kelly picked up the other doubles victory for the Mustangs by a score of 7-5. Kelly and Coulson are 4-0 on the year.

Appleman won his sixth singles match of the year in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1. King Nacua also won in straight sets, 6-0, 6-3, which evens his record at 5-5. 

Coulson won his sixth match of the season, 6-0, 6-3. Nate Kelly picked up his fifth win, 6-3, 6-2. 

Dominic Duncan overcame a one-set deficit to win his match, 4-6, 6-2, 10-8.

The Mustangs close out the regular season at Eastern on Tuesday, April 21 at 3:30 p.m.
