Jackie Boswell announced her retirement from collegiate coaching on Wednesday morning and will transition into a full-time administrative role. Boswell will serve as Stevenson's Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Development. Boswell will continue to serve as the department's Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), while remaining as acting head coach until a successor is named.
"I am deeply grateful for Coach Boswell's leadership of our women's basketball program over the past 15 seasons. Her commitment to excellence, student-athlete development, and competitive success has left a lasting impact and positioned the program for continued growth," said Athletics Director
Jordan Hoover. "While she will be missed on the sidelines, I am thrilled to welcome her to our senior leadership team. Her experience, insight, and passion for developing student-athletes will play a vital role in advancing Stevenson Athletics and supporting an outstanding group of current and future Mustangs."

Under Boswell's leadership, Stevenson players earned 16 All-MAC Commonwealth selections. Tarbert was also named ECAC South Player of the Year and a three-time ECAC All-Star Team selection.
Prior to Stevenson, Boswell served as the head girls' basketball coach and athletic director at Seton Keough High School for 11 years. "As I prepare for this next chapter I am looking back on my time as a coach with deep appreciation to past and current players, coaches, administration, family and friends that have always believed in me," said Boswell. "This coaching career has been a blessing and a journey beyond anything I could have dreamed, and I will cherish the memories and the bonds made over the years. I am truly excited and grateful for this new leadership opportunity and look forward to the ongoing opportunities that I will have to serve our Mustang student-athletes."
