OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Director of Athletics Communication
Sara Ropski announced the appointment of
Cailyn Tripp as the Athletics Communication Coordinator, beginning Monday.
"We are super excited to have Cailyn joining our team here at Stevenson," said Ropski. "Her strategy and vision for promoting student-athletes and enhancing their experience at Stevenson will make an immediate impact within Mustang Athletics."
Tripp joins Stevenson following a stint at Salisbury University, where she served as a Marketing Video Producer within the campus marketing department. During her time with the Seagulls, she increased engagement across all platforms by more than 113% through targeted content optimization and visual storytelling. She also developed multimedia marketing plans in partnership with professional organizations, including the Washington Commanders and Baltimore Orioles.
While at Salisbury, Tripp played an integral role in producing content that adhered to NCAA and NIL regulations while enhancing the brand and stories of student-athletes.
Prior to Salisbury, Tripp served as an Audio-Visual Technician at Seacrets, where she coordinated audio and visual production for hundreds of live events. In the role, she operated multiple camera systems, switchboards, lighting and audio equipment to create engaging experiences for event attendees.
Tripp is also no stranger to NCAA Division III athletics, having been a member of the Mary Washington women's lacrosse team, where she was named a US Lacrosse All-American.
"I'm excited to return to the college athletics sphere and looking forward to getting to be a Mustang," said Tripp.
Tripp earned bachelor's degrees in business administration and communications and digital media studies from Mary Washington.
