OWINGS MILLS, Md. - The Stevenson men's track and field team won six events at the inaugural Stevenson Invitational.
Leading the way for the Mustangs was
Nathan Williams who won three events. Williams took first in the shot put (15.54m), discus (48.86m) and hammer (58.01m), while also taking seventh in the javelin with a top toss of 31.03m.
Fabrice Saint Hillien took first in the 100 with a time of 10.68. Saint Hillien was also part of the 4x400 relay team of
Dominic Snipes,
Johnathan Womack and
Alexander Reimert who took first overall with a combined time of 3.31.73. Snipes took fourth in the 100 (11.04), while Reimert took first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 58.12.
In the 5000,
Hayden Schindler clocked a time of 16:00.31 to take second overall, while
Isaiah Halley took third with a time of 17:23..25.
Parker Weigel earned a personal best in the pole vault with a top height of 4.25m.
Andrew Parker clocked a 17.20 in the 110m hurdles to take third overall.
In the 800,
Johnathan Womack finished with a time of 2:01.69, which gave him fourth overall.
Conner Hall took fifth in the 400 with a personal best time of 52.31.
Stevenson competes next at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational on Saturday, April 20.
