As a first-year (2025-26):
    Indoor 

• Started the season with two wins at the Alvernia Rust Buster (400m dash and 4x400m relay)
• Helped his team take 1st in the Larry Sharpe Invitational with a combined time of 3:36.94 in the 4x400m relay
• Ran across the line for a 400m dash gold medal at the MAC Indoor Championships (49.56)
• Competed in the AARTFC Regional Championships (Mar. 6-7)

• Dominated the Betty S. Rogers Spring Break Invitational with two first place finished in the 200m dash (21.92) and the 400m dash (50.24)
• Placed 1st or 2nd for the remainder of the events throughout all meets
• Stood on the third step of the podium for the 400m dash, in the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 2)

As a junior (2024-25):
    Indoor 

• Claimed 1st in the 400m dash to start the year at the Holiday Kickoff Open with a time of 50.42
• Grabbed a 17th place finish in the 200m dash at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
• Walked away from MAC Indoor Championships with silver medals in the 400m dash and the 4x400m relay

• Claimed 100m dash title at the Millersville Metrics Meet, improving his time by .30 of a second from the prelims to the finals
• Won the 200m and 400m dash of the York College Twilight Meet with times of 21.97 and 50.92
• Participated in Penn Relays (Apr. 24-26)
• Claimed a silver medal (100m) and two personal records in the MAC Outdoor Championships, with the personal record showing in the 200m dash

As a sophomore (2023-24):
    Indoor 

• Claimed his first victory of his career in a team effort 4x400m relay, at the Holiday Kickoff Open
• Ran in the Collegeville Classic, seeing two 2nd place finishes in the 200m dash and 400m dash
• Recorded a personal-record in the 500m dash, during the George Mason Patriot Games with a time of 1:07.00
• Competed in three different events during the MAC Indoor Championships
• Competed in AARTFC Indoor Championships, notched a personal-record in the 60m dash

• Placed 2nd in the 400m dash of the Doc Jopson Track & Field Invitational with a time of 49.30
• Claimed two wins in the home meet of the Stevenson Invitational. Clocked a 22.32 in the 200m dash and a combined 3:31.73 in the 4x400m relay
• Competed in Penn Relays (Apr. 25-27)
• Earned two medals at the MAC Outdoor Championships, including a gold in the 200m dash and a silver in the 100m dash
• Competed in the AARTFC Outdoor Regional Championships (May 15-16)

As a first-year (2022-23):
    Indoor 

• Made his collegiate debut at the Fastrack Season Opener, crossing the line for 8th place in the 500m dash and the 4x400m relay
• Placed 3rd in the River Hawk Friday Night Showdown, clocking a time of 52.60 in the 400m dash
• Competed in three events during the MAC Indoor Championships

• Helped his team place 3rd the 4x400m relay, of the Blue & Gold Goucher Classic (Mar. 24)
• Received a bronze medal at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a combined time of 3:21.24 in the 4x400m relay
• Competed in the AARTFC Outdoor Regional Championships (May 17-18)
