2025 MAC Academic Honor Roll

As a senior (2025-26):
    Indoor 

• Claimed 1st overall with the 4x400m relay team at the Alvernia Rust Buster (Dec. 6)
• Clocked a time of 54.53 in the Widener Schuylkill Showdown 400m dash
• Helped his team place 11th at the MAC Indoor Championships, with a time of 11:04.73 in the Distance Medley Relay 

• Won the 400m hurdles at the Green Terror Invitational (Apr. 3)
• Claimed 1st at the Messiah Multi-Invitational, during the 4x400m relay
• Claimed a second 400m hurdle win at the Stevenson Mustangs Stampede Invitational (57.64)
• Won and recorded a personal best in the 400m hurdles, at the Carpenter-Case Invitational
• Competed in two events during the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 2)

As a junior (2024-25):
    Indoor 

• Helped his team place 13th overall in the 4x400m relay, of the Holiday Kickoff Open (Dec. 8)
• Clocked a 54.41 in the 400m dash George Mason Patriot Games
• Saw a 3rd place finish in the SU Invitational, when the 4x400m relay team combined for a time of 3:31.44
• Took the silver medal in the 4x400m relay, of the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 - Mar. 1)

• Produced a 6th place finish for the 400m dash, at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet (Mar. 8)
• Claimed 3rd overall at the Millersville Metrics Meet, with a time of 58.60 in the 400m hurdles
• Improved his 200m dash time to take 10th at the York College Twilight Meet (Apr. 16)
• Competed in the Penn Relays
• Stood on the 6th step of the podium at MAC Outdoor Championships, as his team gave a combined effort in the 4x400m relay

As a sophomore (2023-24):
    Indoor 

• Opened the season with a win in the Holiday Kickoff Open 4x400m relay
• Placed 14th in the 400m dash of the Collegeville Classic (54.72)
• Marked personal records at the George Mason Patriots Games with a 7.51 in the 60m dash and a 1:10.16 in the 500m dash
• Competed in the 400m dash and the 4x200m relay of the MAC Indoor Championships

• Placed 5th in the 400m hurdles of the Doc Jopson Track & Field Invitational with a time of 58.11
• Stood on the second step of the Towson Invitational, clocking a 57.28 in the 400m hurdles
• Claimed two wins in the Stevenson Invitational (Apr. 12)
• Ran the 4x400m relay in the Penn Relays
• Competed in the 400m Hurdles and 4x400m relay of the MAC Outdoor Championships
• Competed in the AARTFC Outdoor Regionals

As a first-year (2022-23):
    Indoor 

• Made his collegiate debut at the Fastrack Season Opener (Dec. 2)
• Participated in the 4x400m relay team for multiple meets
• Individually took 12th in the 400m dash of the River Hawk Friday Night Showdown (54.21)
• Competed in the 400m dash and the 4x400m relay, helping his team secure 4th in relay of the MAC Indoor Championships

• Placed 11th in the 400m dash of the Blue & Gold Goucher Classic
• Attempted the 400m hurdles at the Danny Curran Invitational
• Improved his 400m dash time at the York College Twilight Meet (Apr. 5)
• Ran in the 4x400m relay of the Penn Relays (Apr. 27-29)
• Individually competed in the MAC Outdoor Championships
