Williams Takes First in Hammer, Third in Discus, Reimert, Parker Clock Personal Bests at Towson

TOWSON, Md. - The Stevenson men's track and field team continued its outdoor season at the Towson Invitational among a field Division I, II and III competition.

Nathan Williams turned in another impressive performance with a first-place finish in the hammer throw with a top toss of 57.45m. Williams would also take third in the discus (first among DIII athletes) with a top throw of 47.38m. Williams currently has the top performance in the Mid-Atlantic region in both the hammer (57.65m) and discus (49.71m).

Alexander Reimert took second in the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 57.28 seconds. Reimert's performance is currently fourth best in the Middle Atlantic Conference.

Andrew Parker clocked a personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 17.55, which gave him 12th overall.

Hayden Schindler placed seventh in the 1500 with a time of 4:13.83, while Johnathan Womack finished 11th with a time of 4:15.77.

The 4x100m relay team of Jayden King, Dominic Snipes, Conner Hall and Fabrice Saint Hillien finished seventh overall with a combined time of 44.44.

The Mustangs are back in action starting on Friday, April 5 at the two-day Dalton Ebanks Invitational, hosted by George Mason.
