BRIDGEWATER, Va. -
Nathan Williams, who won the discus on Friday, won both the shot put and hammer throw to sweep the throwing events at the Doc Jopson Invitational, hosted by Bridgewater (Va.). Williams won the shot put by 1.33m with a top toss of 15.30m, while winning the hammer by 2.51m with a distance of 57.65m.
The Mustangs finished sixth out of 16 teams with 57 points.Â
Fabrice Saint Hillien cruised to a second-place finish in the 400m with a time of 49.30 - just .35 off of his personal best. Also earning points for the Mustangs was
Alexander Reimert who clocked a personal best the 400m hurdles (58.11) - giving him fifth overall.
Conner Hall took eighth in the event with a personal best of 58.91.
Andrew Parker took 14h with a PR of 1:02.55, while placing 11th in the 110h with a time of 17.32.
Johnathan Womack took 10th in the 1500 with a time of 4:15.16. and 19th in the 800 with a 2:08.22.
Dominic Snipes just missed out on the 100m dash finals with a time of 11.21 seconds. Snipes would also clock a 22.75 in the 200, which gave him 11th overall.Â
Stevenson competes next at the York College Twilight Meet on Wednesday, March 27.
