GRANTHAM, Pa. - The Stevenson women's swimming team fell to the Messiah swimming team on Saturday afternoom, 152-48. Junior Emily Wolff collected two second place finishes, Hannah Rummel and Jennie Hudson each had one second place finish as well.
Stevenson relay team of Alice Ricci, Jennie Hudson, Emily Wolff, and Zoe Pflieger placed third in the 200-yard medley relay to collect two points for the Mustangs with a final time of 2:15.69.
Hannah Rummel swam her way to a second place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle at 12:29.34. Teammate Katerina Dragojevic placed fourth in 13:47.33.
Hudson and Pflieger swam in the 200-yard freestyle to swim to third and fourth place finishes, 2:21.83 and 2:50.75, respectively. They both came back to swim the 100-yard backstroke placing third and fourth again in 1:11.51 and 1:28.30.
Hudson finished third in the 100-yard breaststroke at 1:18.70. While Dragojevic also finished third in the 200-yard butterfly at 3:00.99.
Wolff took a third place finish in the 50-yard freestyle at 28.61 and teammate Pflieger finished behind her at fifth place in 33.37.
Rummel had a third place finish in the 200-yard backstroke while teammate Hudson also finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke.
Wolff got her second, second place of the day in the 500-yard freestyel. She got her hand on the wall at 6:12.98.
Dragojevic finished third in the 100-yard butterfly with 1:19.98 just .08 off from her best time. Wolff also swam to third place in the 400-yard individual medley at 5:25.32.
In an exhibition relay, Dragojevic, Rummel, Wolff, and Hudson placed second overall in the 400-yard freestyle relay at a season best 4:24.58.
The Mustangs travel to Lycoming on Saturday, March 27 for a 1:00 p.m. dual meet against the Warriors.
