SAINT LEO, Fla. - Stevenson Women's Beach Volleyball faced Saint Leo and Webber International Universities earlier today. The Mustangs were bested by Saint Leo 5-0, but bounced back for a triumphant 3-2 victory over Webber International in their second match of the day.

Against Webber, Stevenson's first two victories were notched by Sima Kahoussi and Giulia Viglietta at the threes (18-21, 21-16, 15-11) and Courtney Foose and Rachel Lenz at the fives (18-21, 21-13, 15-11). The clinching flight came at the twos, courtesy of Maddie Clouser and Hannah Naja (21-16, 19-21, 15-8). All scoring flights went to three sets.

The Mustangs snapped a three-game losing streak and now stand at 4-3 on the season. They look to add to their win column on Thursday with their matchup against Lake Sumter Community College and rematch against Webber in Tavares, Florida.
