NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) office announced the results of the 2025-26 MAC Men's Ice Hockey Coaches' Preseason Poll on Wednesday morning. The Mustangs were placed third in the poll.

Neumann was placed first in the poll with 45 points and five first place votes, as Wilkes followed in second with 41 points and two first place votes. Stevenson, the 2024-25 MAC Champions, was slotted No. 3 in the poll with 36 points and one first place vote. 

Alvernia claimed the fourth seed with 35 points, and Arcadia was placed at fifth. In the No. 6 slot, Lebanon Valley sat with 17 points. King's (Pa.) and Misericordia tied for seventh in the poll receiving 11 points apiece.
