Nathan Williams and
Fabrice Saint Hillien turned in impressive performances on the second and final day of the Dalton Ebanks Invitational, hosted by George Mason.
Nathan Williams picked up another win in the shot put with a top toss of 15.68m, while also taking sixth (second among DIII athletes) in the discus with a season-best throw of 50.37m - just .05m off of his personal best. In the shot put, Williams currently has the third-best throw (16.10m) in the Mid-Atlantic region and eighth best in Division III. In the discus, Williams has the second-best performance in the region and fourth best in DIII.
Saint Hillien took fifth place (third among DIII athletes) in his collegiate debut in the 100 with a time of 10.90 seconds. Saint Hillien's time from today is second best in the MAC and third in the region. Saint Hillien was also a part of the 4x100m relay team (
Adam Abdur-Rahman,
Conner Hall and
Dominic Snipes) that took fourth overall with a combined time of 44.69.
The Mustangs will compete next when they host the inaugural Stevenson Invitational, held at the Owings Mills East Campus, on Friday, April 12.
