Sean Dowd fired a season-best score of 68 (-3) en route to his second victory of the season and sixth of his career at the Stevenson Spring Invitational, held at the Piney Branch Golf Club. The host Mustangs finished tied for second with a score of 296 - just one stroke behind Hood.
Leo Perez,
Ryan Thomas and
Zachary Wilcox each finished with scores of 76 (+5) to finish tied for 10th overall. Both Wilcox and Thomas earned their second career top-10 finishes, while Perez picked up his first.
Brett Ostroski carded a 77 for the Mustangs.
Patrick Rowland,
Aidan Dillahay and
Federico Lombardo - who played as individuals - notched scores of 78, 79 and 86, respectively.
Stevenson tees off next at the two-day Gettysburg Spring Invitational, held at the Penn National Golf Course, starting on Saturday, April 20.
