ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. - After getting rained out on Saturday the Stevenson men's golf team was able kickoff its spring season at the McDaniel Spring Invitational, held at The Bridges Golf Club. Both Sean Dowd and Zachary Wilcox carded scores of 78 (+6) to finish tied for 17th overall. 

Brett Ostroski finished a stroke back of his teammates with a 79, while Ryan Thomas finished the day with an 83 to round out the team score for the Mustangs. Federico Lombardo carded a 92.

Stevenson finished seventh out of 18 schools with a score of 318. Cameron Deiuliis of Gettysburg won the tournament with a score of one-under par (71), while Swarthmore won the team title with a combined score of 299 (+11).

Stevenson resumes its season at the two-day Hershey Cup held at Hershey Country Club East starting on Sunday, April 7.
