Men’s Soccer blanked at Widener

CHESTER, Pa. - Stevenson Men's Soccer traveled to Widener University this afternoon for their second MAC Commonwealth matchup of the season. A pair of early goals would help the Pride build momentum, propelling them to a 5-0 final.

Widener scored 20 minutes into the match, doubling their lead just two minutes later.  They would add on three more goals within the first 20 minutes of the second half as well.

Stevenson tallied six shots on goal, led by senior Bryant Seivers and sophomore Brian Rogowski with two each. Rogowski is responsible for the Mustangs' lone shot on goal. Sophomores Kameron Ross and Jorge Montecinos registered one shot each.

In net, junior Nolen Olson-Warwick made three saves, two of which came in the second half.

The Mustangs fall to 3-6-4 overall and 1-1 in conference. Stevenson travels to McDaniel on Wednesday, October 16th for their final non-conference match, then returns to the East Campus for their homecoming and senior day contest against Albright on Saturday, October 19th.
