Box Score LANCASTER, Pa. - Trailing 3-1 in the 86th minute, the Stevenson men's soccer team scored twice in the final four minutes of regulation to tie the game before senior Andrew Garner netted the game-winner seven minutes into overtime as the Mustangs rallied for a 4-3 non-conference road victory at Lancaster Bible Thursday.
Stevenson (6-1) extended its win streak to five with three of those coming in overtime. The team is 3-0 in extra time this season and 3-1-2 the last two.
Four different Mustangs found the back of the net as sophomore Adam Isennock brought the visitors level in the first half before juniors Calvin Granger and Reid Hawkins combined to do the same in the second stanza.
Senior Yianni Sarioglou and sophomores Jacob Miller and Adnan Alic each picked up assists before Garner banged the game-winner into the upper right-hand corner off a feed from freshman Adam Diabagate.
Lancaster Bible (3-3) pressured early, but senior Ryan Callinan made four stops in the opening 28 minutes before the Chargers took the lead in the 29th minute as Spencer Lockard nodded in Joshiah Groff's corner.
However, the lead did not last long as Issenock tied the game two minutes later with a low shot off a corner kick.
The defenses dug in from there as Callinan made three more saves to ensure the teams went into the break on level terms.
Following two more saves by Callinan, Lancaster Bible broke the deadlock in the 78th minute off of another corner courtesy of Lockard. The Chargers doubled their lead just less than four minutes later as Dylan Papiernik scored his second goal of the season on a solo effort.
Granger picked up his first goal of the season and second of his career while Hawkins' strike, which came just a minute from the end of regulation, was his second in as many games.
Callinan made 11 saves for Stevenson.
