STEVENSON, Md. - Stevenson baseball senior Zac Stavish (Westminster, Md./South Carroll) went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and three RBIs, but Wesley built a 6-2 lead and held off a late three-run Mustang rally, avoiding a sweep and taking game three of key CAC series for Stevenson Sunday at Park Field.

The loss dropped the Mustangs (17-12-1, 8-7 CAC) into third place in the CAC standings after York (Pa.) swept a doubleheader with Frostburg State on Sunday to take the three-game series, 3-0. The Stevenson has just one conference series remaining at CAC rival and fourth-ranked Salisbury.
