Fredericksburg, VA.-- The Villa Julie Mustangs
dropped a non conference game to the University of Mary Washington
13-4 on Tuesday. The Mustangs gave up 9 unearned runs thanks to 4
miscues in the infield. The Eagles took a 5-0 lead in the first
only to see the Mustangs battle back to make it a 6-4 game in the
5th, but that's when 2 costly IF errors lead to 6 unearned runs did
the Mustangs in. Offensively, Fr John Cummings had
2 hits on the day as did So Ryan Baione .
The Mustangs are back in action Friday at home vs Purchase
College at 1 pm at Bachman Sports Complex.
