Rocky Mount, NC.-- Scott
Andrzejewski (Towson, MD/Towson) scored two goals and
added an assist to lead Villa Julie College (2-0) to a resounding
3-1 victory over Hood College in a non-conference game at the North
Carolina Wesleyan College Tournament.
Junior Brent Woolford (Pasadena, MD/Northeast)
added the final goal, and assisted Andrzejewski on
the first goal of the game. Sophomore Brent
Snyder (Essex, MD/Patapsco) chipped in with an assist
to round out the scoring for the Mustangs.
Villa took control of the game as they led 2-0 going into
the half. Hood then made it interesting when they scored
in the first minute of the second half to make the score 2-1.
Woolfords' goal was all the insurance they needed
as the Mustangs played everyone on the roster, includingfour
goalies.
Sophomore Eric Lowman (Baltimore,
MD/Catonsville) extended his scoreless streak to 361 minutes as he
played the first 35 minutes of the game.
The Mustangs are back in action on Saturday when they travel to
