Dallas Fowler and
Laylah Talley took first place in their respective events at the Larry Sharpe Invitational, hosted by Hagerstown Community College.
Fowler took first in the 55m dash with a time of 7.56 - just .09 seconds ahead of teammate
Kaliyah Heffner, who took second and earned a personal best.
Destiny Stephens, who placed third, finished with a PR of 7.80.
Fowler would also place second in the 200 with a season-best 27.59. Heffner and Stephens placed third and fifth with times of 28.20 and 28.67 (PR).
Laylah Talley took first in the 55m hurdles with a solid time of 9.69.
Shaelyn O'Halloran clocked a personal-best 6:03.13 in the mile. In the 600,
Mackenzie Borchers and O'Halloran crossed the line with times of 1:58.05 and 1:58.77.
The Mustangs compete next at the two-day Widener Indoor Classic starting on Friday, Feb. 13.
