GLENSIDE, Pa. - First-Year
Noah Abd grabbed his second collegiate event victory in the 200-yard Individual Medley, as the Mustangs fell to Arcadia 193-69 on the road.
Stevenson started their first event of the new year with the 400-yard Medley Relay.
Aiden Dill,
William Lebron,
Keon Pugh, and
Justin Watts finished second with a time of 3:58.59, with Watts' final leg time of 51.78 being the fastest in the event.
The Mustangs saw four consecutive third-place results.
Brendan Lach swam an 11:04.18 in the 1000-yard Freestyle,
Alexander Kaye swam a 2:04.31 in the 200-yard Free, Abd swam a 1:02.28 in the 100-yard Backstroke, and a 1:09.15 in the 100-yard Breaststroke.
Nick Bierstine finished fourth in the 200-yard Butterfly with a time of 2:40.10, and Dill followed with a third-place finish in the 50-yard Free and recorded a time of 24.81.
The second runner-up result of the meet went to Pugh in the 100-yard Free with a time of 52.10.
Pugh and
Jack Mark grabbed third-place finishes in the 200-yard Back and 200-yard Breast, respectively, with Pugh recording a personal-best time of 2:19.41.
Kaye finished fourth in the 500-yard Free, with Lebron following up with a third-place result in the 100-yard Fly.
In the penultimate event, Abd secured Stevenson's only victory of the afternoon after he recorded a 2:10.29 in the 200-yard IM.
The Mustangs closed out the meet with the 200-yard Free Relay, where Kaye, Mark, Bierstine, and Abd finished in third.
Stevenson will compete next weekend, when they host FDU-Florham at the Rosenberg Aquatic Center.
