Lutherville, Md. - The Stevenson women's golf team finished second overall with a team score of 340 (+52) at the Pride of Maryland Fall Invitational, held at the Pine Ridge Golf Club. The host Mustangs were led by
Sydni Sundstrom, who carded an 11-over par 83 and finished tied for third - her second top-three finish on the season.
Alexis Marsh finished just a stroke back of Sundstrom and took fifth place on the leaderboard.
Carissa Dargenio finished at +13 (85), while
Nisachon Sillence carded an 88 to round out the team score.
Ela Simpson and
Isabella Ventura finished the day with scores of 93 and 95.
Meghan Mullen and Isabelle Seratch of Catholic finished tied for first with scores of 82, while their school took the team title at +47.
Stevenson tees off next at the two-day Catholic Fall Classic, held at Black Rock Golf Club, starting on Saturday, September 27.
