READING, Pa. - The Stevenson women's track and field team turned in several solid performances - including two personal bests - on day one of the MAC Indoor Championships, hosted by Alvernia.
Nneoma Oseagulu had a personal best toss of 11.99m in the weight throw, which gave her 19th overall out of 39 competitors.
Sarah Kroedel clocked a personal-best time of 9.79 in the 60m hurdles, which gave her 13th out of 23.
Kaitlyn Hess had a top leap of 4.96m in the long jump, which gave her 9th place overall - one spot and .02m from earning a point for Stevenson.
Destiny Stephens clocked an 8.53 in the 60m for the Mustangs.
The second and final day of the meet begins at 9:45 am on Saturday, March 1.
