Kroedel Clocks Personal Best at Patriot Games

FAIRFAX, Va. - The Stevenson women's track and field team competed on the second and final day of the Patriot Games, hosted by George Mason. 

Sarah Kroedel clocked a personal best time of 9.84 seconds in the 60m hurdle preliminaries before running a 10.00 in the finals where she took fifth overall. 

Kaitlyn Hess jumped a 4.68m in the long jump to give her 11th overall in the event. 

Destiny Stephens ran a 8.70 in the 60m prelims, while Kayla Brady and Meghan Davis clocked times of 2:44.55 and 2:53.66 in the 800. Savannah Lacey ran a 3:27.72 in the 1000 for the Mustangs. 

Stevenson competes next at the Fastrack Invitational held in Staten Island, New York on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3 p.m.
