OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Stevenson University Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Mike Faith has announced the addition of Emmaleen Regan as an assistant coach ahead of the spring 2026 season.
"I am so happy to be coaching with Emmy again. She is an absolute joy to coach with and be around," said Faith. "Her positive energy, work ethic, and knowledge of the defensive end of the field will be invaluable to the team this year and moving forward."
Regan joins the Mustangs after completing a graduate assistant coaching position at Millersville University (NCAA Division II) in 2025, where she also earned her master's degree in emergency management. During her time at Millersville, Regan assisted with practice planning and drill implementation while specializing in goalie development. She also served as the program's interim head coach during the 2024 nontraditional season, leading the team through a seven-game fall schedule.
In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Regan currently serves as a head coach with the Jersey Shore Select Lacrosse Club.
A 2023 graduate of Susquehanna University, Regan was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team and earned her bachelor's degree in political science.
"I am super excited and grateful to be working with Mike again after an amazing season together at Millersville," said Regan. "This team has a lot of talent, and I'm looking forward to helping hone their skills and continue building a very competitive program at Stevenson."
The Stevenson women's lacrosse team opens the 2026 season on February 7 against Salisbury. First draw is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Mustang Stadium.
