Lyla Goffena continued her impressive freshman season with a second-place finish at the Messiah Pre-Conference meet. Goffena finished the 6k course in 24:36.5, which is just 4.3 seconds off of her career best.
Savannah Lacey clocked a personal-best time of 27:21, giving her 32nd out of 91 runners.
Malee Eagle and
Amy Agreda finished back-to-back with times of 28:50.3 and 28:58.9.
Meghan Davis completed the team score for the Mustangs - who finished sixth out of 10 schools with a score of 169 - with a time of 30:03.2.
Olivia Grimes clocked a 31:14.1 for Stevenson.
April Browne of Arcadia won the individual title with a time of 24:10.1, while Stevens took the team title with a score of 39.
Stevenson competes next at the Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh University, on Saturday, October 5 at 1 p.m.
