Lyla Goffena ran a career-best 6k time of 23:36.6 to take 23rd overall out of 245 runners in College Green race at the Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh University. Stevenson placed 23rd out of 32 schools with a team score of 593.
Savannah Lacey clocked a career-best time of 26:28.5, while
Meghan Davis ran a PR of 26:51.5 for the Mustangs.
Amy Agreda and
Malee Eagle ran times of 27:13.6 and 27:34.2 for Stevenson.Â
Constance O'Neal of Sonoma St. (CA) won the race with a time of 21:31.4, while her school won the team title (64).Â
Stevenson will have a week off from competition before running at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, hosted by Gettysburg, on Saturday, October 19 at 11 a.m.
