STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Nathan Williams placed eighth out 19 athletes (18 in Division I) in the weight throw with a top toss of 19.58m at the Penn State National Invitational. Williams, who was the lone Division III athlete in the field, currently has the top performance (20.36m - school record) in the Mid-Atlantic region and second-best in all of Division III. 

Williams will be competing in the shot put at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27.
