YORK, Pa. – In its final dual meet competition before the MAC Championships next month, the Stevenson University men's swimming team dropped both ends of a tri-meet to host York (Pa.) (150-52) and Messiah University (118-77).
In the 400 yard medley relay,
Riley Strain,
Brandon Cogdill, Zac Clark and
Jack Mark were third at 3:59.69.
Ian D'Angiolillo was third in the 1000 free at 11:38.31, while
Brady Gotter was fourth at 11:55.55.
Clark took fourth in the 200 free at 1:57.46, while
Sean Sopko was third in the 50 free at 21.75. He added a fourth place finish in the 200 fly at 2:15.33.
Strain was third in the 200 back at 2:12.56, with D'Angiolillo fourth in the 500 free at 5:28.12.
Gotter was third in the 200 breast at 2:30.64, with Sopko fourth at 2:32.27.
In the 400 free, D'Angiolillo, Zach Hogg,
Haden Welsh and
Hayden Kaus were fourth at 4:08.45.
Stevenson hosts the Last Chance Qualifier on Saturday.
