Box Score Hilton Head Island, S.C. - The Stevenson women's team dropped their spring break match to Maryville College (TN) by an 8-1 score.

The lone win for the Mustangs came from Torrienne Emery and Jacquelyn Nesbeth in No. 1 doubles, who moved to 4-0 as a duo after taking down their opponents, 8-6. 

Emery took the first set of her No. 1 singles match to a tiebreak, but she would eventually drop the match in straight sets, 7-6 (8-6), 6-2. Nesbeth took the first set in No. 2 singles, but would eventually fall, 6-7 (5-7), 6-0, 10-4.

Kera Skove dropped her match in No. 4 singles by an 8-5 margin. 

Stevenson (2-3) will conclude its spring break slate of matches on Thursday, March 16 against Shepherd University (WV). First serve is set for 9 a.m.
