RADNOR, Pa. - The Stevenson women's tennis team earned its second win the of year in a 9-0 route over host Cabrini.
Junior Torrienne Emery and freshman Alexandria Kramer picked up their first win as a duo in No. 1 doubles, 8-4.
Senior Jacquelyn Nesbeth and sophomore Kera Skove won a tiebreaker to take their first match of the year, 8-7 (7-3). Sophomore Samantha Zudov and freshman Jazmine Arias cruised to an 8-2 win in No. 3 for their first win.
Emery won her third match of the year in a 6-0, 6-1 triumph in No. 1 singles, while Nesbeth swept her No. 2 opponent by a 6-0, 6-0 score for her second win of the year.
Kramer picked up her first win of the season in a hard-fought match, which went to a third-set tiebreak (6-1, 1-6, 10-5). Skove dominated her No. 4 opponent in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1, for her first individual win.
Zudov won her second match in straight sets, 6-1, 6-4, while Arias won her first career match in straight sets by a 6-0, 6-2 score.
The Mustangs (2-8) open up MAC play at Eastern on Saturday, April 2 at 1:00 p.m.
