ORLANDO, Fla. - The Stevenson women's tennis team dropped its match to Scranton by a 9-0 score at the USTA National Tennis Center.
Junior Torrienne Emery and senior Jacquelyn Nesbeth picked up two games in their 8-2 setback in No. 1 doubles.
Sophomore Kera Skove overcame a one-set deficit in her No. 3 singles match, but would eventually fall in a third-set tiebreak, 6-4, 3-6, 10-8.
Freshman Jazmine Arias dropped her No. 4 singles match in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.
The Mustangs would later fall to Colby-Sawyer (N.H.) by an 8-1 score. Stats for the match were unavailable at the time of publication.
Stevenson (1-8) opens up its MAC schedule in a road match against Eastern on Saturday, April 2 at 1 p.m.
