OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Junior Hannah Huff scored four goals while junior attack Caroline Murphy recorded seven points on two goals and five assists as the Stevenson women's lacrosse team cruised to a 13-4 non-conference victory over Hood on Thursday evening at Mustang Stadium.

• Stevenson (6-1, 2-1 MACC) took the lead two minutes into the game when Kaitlyn Kozlowski scored.
• The game became tied 1-1 when Hood's (2-4, 1-4 MACC) Laura Skorobatsch scored at the 23:01 mark.
• Huff reeled off two free position goals for the Mustangs at the 20:11 and 16:25 marks.
• Caity Schaefer and Murphy extended the lead  by four for the Mustangs one minute later.
• The Mustangs capped the half with three more goals in the remaining 12 minutes from Lan Le Crotty, Huff, and Murphy to head into the second half leading 8-1.

• Crotty scored just under nine minutes into the second half with an assist from Murphy. Schaefer followed up a minute later with her second goal of the game from a Crotty assist.
• Skorbatsch responded 38 seconds later to put two goals on the board for the Blazers.
• In the 14 minute mark, Mary Marc and Crotty each score on Murphy assists to make it a 12-2 contest.
• 2:58 remaining, Huff scored a following a ground ball pickup from Kozlowski.
• Hood scored the final two goals of the game by Cassidy O'Neil and Tenley Reeder to close out scoring.

• Stevenson outshot Hood 32-17.
• Stevenson took 10 draw controls while the Blazers had nine.
• The Mustangs went 3-for-9 in free position shots while Hood went 0-for-4.
• Murphy recorded seven points with two goals and five assists.
• Six different players scored goals on the evening.
• Junior Sophie Shucosky made six saves on 10 shots.
• Huff, Snyder, and Kozlowski each recorded two draw controls.
• Crotty recorded three goals.

• The Mustangs travel to Misericordia on Saturday, April 3 for a non-conference contest at 1:00 p.m.
