GWYNEDD VALLEY, Pa. - Stevenson men's soccer senior Nico Garcia (Silver Spring, Md./Blake) scored the Mustangs lone goal, but a 71st minute goal by Dan Panepresso gave host Gwynedd Mercy a 2-1 victory Tuesday at GMC Athletic Complex.

The loss was the second in a row and the fourth in the past six game for Mustangs (4-4-1) who are now 0-4 on the road this season.

Brandon Rodriguez scored the first goal of the game at the 51:54 mark for the Griffins () as neither team found the back of the net in the first half.

Garcia tied the game with his first goal of the season 5:52 before Panepresso notched his team leading second game winner.

The Mustangs outshot Gwynedd Mercy 18-7 and held a 3-0 advantage in corner kicks. The team has outshot their opponents in all four of their losses.

Sophomore Ryan Callinan (Edison, N.J./Saint Joseph's) totaled three saves in his second start this season while Ryan Oyola finished with six.

Stevenson completes a three-game road trip when they travel to face Franklin & Marshall tomorrow, September 25 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
