Frederick, Md - The Mustangs lost on the road against Hood
College. The only goal of the game was scored midway through the
second half and the Blazers held on for a 1-0 win. The game was
played in tough field conditions with the small and narrow field
suiting the hosts. The Mustangs could not convert any of their
goal-scoring chances in either half.

both teams had chances to seal the win. Hood scored the
breakthrough and held on for the win. The Mustangs out-shot the
hosts 21-9 and had eleven corner kicks to Hoods one.
The Mustangs will travel to face conference rival Wesley College
on Saturday 6th October in a 6pm kick-off.
