Jack McCormick is in his first year as the assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Stevenson University.
McCormick comes to Owings Mills from Susquehanna University, where he was the assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to that, he was an intern at Susquehanna from May 2021 to August 2021. During his time in Selinsgrove, he led full team and individual workouts for over 20 varsity sports. He was the primary coach for the River Hawks' softball, women's lacrosse, volleyball, men's soccer, swimming and diving, track and field, cross country, golf, tennis and cheerleading teams.
He assisted in all scheduling and weight room maintenance while serving as the director of all internship programs.
McCormick was also a science teacher at the Cougar Academy in Harrisburg, Pa., from October 2021 to January 2022, teaching all levels of science in grades 7-12.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University in May 2021, and is pursing his Master of Science degree from Logan University in Strength and Conditioning.
