Roache joins the Mustangs coaching staff in 2018, serving as an assistant coach.

Roache comes to Stevenson after serving as a volunteer assistant coach with the York (Pa.) women's soccer team, her alma mater. With the Spartans, she created and independently ran training sessions, assisted in the recruiting process and assisted with tryouts and creation of the 2017 varsity team.

In two seasons as a player, Roache played in 37 games, totaling 18 points on eight goals and two assists.

Roache graduated from York (Pa.) in December 2017with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and minor in Human Services.
