UPPERCO, Md. -
Ryan Thomas and
Leo Perez both carded scores of 75 (+5) and finished tied for fifth at the Stevenson Spring Invitational, held at the Piney Branch Golf Club. This was Thomas' third top-10 finish on the year and Perez's second top five.
The Mustangs finished second in the team standings with a total score of 308 (+28) - just four strokes behind Mount Aloysius.
Aidan Dillahay and
Justin Allen finished tied for 21st with scores of 79 (+9).
Zachary Wilcox finished at +11 for the Stevenson "A" team.
Matt Slivosky led the "B" team at +10.
Bryce Geniti and
Tyler Stanewick shot scores of 83 and 84 for the "B" team.
Gabe Seise (C) and
Matthew Crawley (B) finished with scores of 87.
Clayton Maticic shot an 88 for the "C" team.
Riley Ruby (Goucher), Liam Larkin (Drew - B) and William Willis (Mount Aloysius) finished tied for first at +2.
The Mustangs tee off next at the two-day Spartan Invitational, hosted by York, starting on Monday, April 20 - Stevenson's final tune up before the MAC Championships.
