ASTON, Pa. – The Stevenson University men's ice hockey team is set to compete in the second-ever Middle Atlantic Conference championship game this Saturday.
Last season, the Mustangs captured the inaugural Middle Atlantic Conference men's ice hockey title with a 4–1 victory over the Wilkes Colonels, earning the program's first trip to the NCAA Division III Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.
This year, Stevenson enters the championship as the No. 2 seed and will travel to face the top-seeded Neumann Knights.
During the regular season, the Mustangs went 1–2 against the Knights in their three matchups. Stevenson will look to key contributors John Musella, Blake Benson, Jack Karlsson, and Ford DeLoss to lead the way in Saturday's title showdown.
