NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending February 1, 2026. A total of 17 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Jan. 26, 2026 to Feb. 1, 2026. Of the 17 student-athletes honored, four of them are Stevenson student-athletes.
WOMEN'S ICE HOCKEY (#MAChky)
MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Jalyn Jones led Stevenson offensively with a five-point weekend, totaling four goals and an assist. She recorded a career-high four goals in an 8–2 win over Hood on Friday. On Saturday, Jones assisted on the game-tying goal in a 2–2 contest against Wilkes, pushing the game into overtime against the top-seeded Colonels.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Emily Carson anchored Stevenson in net with a strong weekend between the pipes. She earned her first career win as a Mustang with 24 saves in Friday's victory over Hood. Carson followed with 44 saves in an overtime game against Wilkes, finishing the contest with a .936 save percentage.

MAC Men's Swimmer of the Week
Brendan Lach shattered the Stevenson program record in the 1,000-yard freestyle for the second consecutive week. After breaking the record with a 10:29.29 against Messiah, he lowered his own mark by more than seven seconds at the Stevenson Last Chance Meet, posting a time of 10:21.31.
MAC Women's Swimmer of the Week
Eryn O'Brien recorded two personal-best performances at Stevenson's Last Chance Meet, setting new career marks in the 100-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle. Both events are among the races she will contest at the upcoming MAC Championships.
