OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Stevenson University head men's basketball coach Jack Bors has announced the Mustangs' 2026-27 schedule as he enters his second season at the helm of the program. Stevenson will play a 25-game regular season slate, including 12 home contests inside Owings Mills Gymnasium, while facing a challenging non-conference schedule before beginning MAC Commonwealth play.
Stevenson begins preparations for the 2026-27 campaign officially opening the regular season on Nov. 7 with a road match up against Salisbury. The Mustangs continue non-conference play with trips to Goucher (Nov. 10) and Lebanon Valley (Nov. 18), while hosting Notre Dame of Maryland (Nov. 13) , Gallaudet (Nov. 21), and Eastern Mennonite (Nov. 24).
MAC Commonwealth action begins on Dec. 2 as Stevenson hosts conference newcomer, Neumann, before welcoming Widener to the Owings Mills Gymnasium on Dec. 5.
The Mustangs wrap up the calendar year with conference road contests at Albright (Dec. 12) and Hood (Dec. 15) before returning home to host non-conference St. Mary's (Md.) on Dec. 30.
Stevenson opens 2027 with a non-conference game at Wilson on Jan. 2 before resuming conference play against Alvernia at home on Jan. 6. The Mustangs then travel to Eastern (Jan. 9) and Immaculata (Jan. 13) before hosting York (Pa.) (Jan. 16) and Messiah (Jan. 20).
The regular season concludes with road games at Widener (Jan. 23), Neumann (Jan. 27), Alvernia (Feb. 6), Messiah (Feb. 16), and York (Pa.) (Feb. 20). Stevenson will host Albright (Jan. 30) also serving as Alumni Day, Hood (Feb. 3), and Eastern (Feb. 13), with the Feb. 13 match up serving as Senior Day.
Following the regular season, Stevenson will look to earn a berth in the 2027 MAC Commonwealth Men's Basketball Championship Tournament. The tournament begins with the Play-in Game on Monday, Feb. 22, followed by the semifinal round on Wednesday, Feb. 24. The championship game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 27, with the conference champion earning an automatic berth into the 2027 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship Tournament.
