SALISBURY, Md. - The Stevenson men's track and field team opened up its outdoor season at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet, hosted by Salisbury.
Andrew Parker took fourth in the 110m hurdles with a solid time of 17.00 - just .26 off of qualifying for the MAC Outdoor Championships.
Adam Abdur-Rahman just missed the qualifying standard (11.54) in the 100m dash with a time of 11.63, which gave him 13th overall.
Alexander Reimert took 10th in the 200 with a time of 23.94, while
Terrance Howard, Jr. took fifth in the 400 (53.21). Howard would also place ninth in the 800 (2:13.28).
Cory Cherenfant placed fifth in the long jump with a distance of 5.49m.
Ryan Balseca had a top toss of 11.21m in the shot put, while
Shawn Rockey took eighth in the discus with a top throw of 33.08m.
Stevenson competes next at the two-day Towson Invitational starting on Friday, March 28.
