HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - The Stevenson women's tennis team opened up its spring break with a 7-0 forfeit win over Millikin University (Ill.). Despite the forfeit - due to Milliken not having enough players - the two squads played out several matches. 

Ariella Stepleman and Shelby Carter picked up a 7-5 win in No. 1 doubles. 

In singles play, Carter and Stepleman dropped their No. 1 and 2 matches by scores of 6-2, 6-4 and 6-4, 6-3. Kara Chwang won her No. 3 match by a 6-2, 6-1 score. 

Stevenson (3-2) continues spring break play against Ripon College on Tuesday, March 18.
