WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Stevenson women's ice hockey team (0-10-1 overall, 0-6-1 MAC) fell 3-0 to Wilkes (7-1-0 overall, 6-1-0 MAC) on Friday evening.
The Colonels opened the scoring in the first period, then added a power-play goal and another tally in the second to secure the 3-0 victory.
Jalyn Jones led the Mustangs with four shots on goal, while three other Mustangs added two shots each. Goaltender Maggie Sehnert recorded 39 saves.
Stevenson returns to action Saturday for the second game of the weekend series against Wilkes. Puck drop is set for 4:50 p.m.
