FREDERICK, Md. – The Stevenson women's ice hockey team (0-5-1, 0-3-1 MAC) fell 4-1 to Hood (1-1-2, 1-1-2 MAC) on Saturday night.

Hood opened the scoring just three minutes into the game, but Kira Otto responded with a power-play goal at 11:53 to even the contest at 1-1. The score remained tied until the closing minutes.

In the third period, Hood broke the deadlock with a power-play goal with under three minutes remaining, then added a pair of empty-net tallies to secure the 4-1 victory.
