OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The No. 25 Stevenson field hockey team (11-1) earned a thrilling 3-2 overtime victory over the No. 9 Stevens Ducks (9-2) on Wednesday afternoon.

The Mustangs came out strong in the opening quarter, controlling possession and outshooting the Ducks 5-1, but the game remained scoreless after the first period.

Stevens struck first at the 16:23 mark, but Coco Wallace quickly answered to even the score 1-1 off an assist from Emilie Rankin. The game stayed tied heading into halftime.
