OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Stevenson women's soccer squad (5-2-5 overall, 1-0 MACC) battled the Salisbury Seagulls (2-8-4) to a 0-0 draw on Tuesday evening.
The match featured a back-and-forth contest, with the Mustang defense standing firm to keep the Seagulls off the board.
Salisbury outshot Stevenson 20-6 overall, 5-2 on goal in the match-up, leading
Isabella Serano to notch five saves on the evening.
Isabella Pecunes and
Jalynn Mayfield-Rice each tallied a shot on goal and led the shots column with three apiece.
The Mustangs now turn their attention back to MAC Commonwealth play, traveling to Albright on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
