Set 1:
The Mustangs came out strong behind a balanced attack led by
Sydney Salazar and
Rachel Lenz, taking control early with a steady offensive rhythm. A pair of service aces from

Logan Burge and
Giulia Viglietta sealed the frame, 25–23, to give the Mustangs the early 1–0 lead.
Set 2:
Eastern responded in the second, jumping ahead early and maintaining a steady lead despite Stevenson's efforts to rally late. The Mustangs continued to fight behind kills from Lenz and Viglietta, but the Eagles held on for a 25–19 win to even the match at one set apiece.
Set 3:
In a back-and-forth third set that saw seven ties, Stevenson found rhythm again through the front-line efforts of Salazar and Lenz, who combined for several key kills to keep the Mustangs within reach. Burge added a clutch block to tie the score late, but Eastern narrowly escaped with the 26–24 edge.

Stevenson showed resilience once again, led by strong serving from Viglietta and Foose along with timely swings from Salazar and
