REISTERSTOWN, Md. - Stevenson Women's Ice Hockey hosted Lebanon Valley College on home ice this evening. The Dutchmen came out strong and maintained their momentum to come away with a 5-0 MAC victory.
Lebanon Valley was offensively dominant in the first period, scoring first at the nine minute mark followed by two goals just one minute apart from each other with under five minutes remaining.
They would score once in each of the second and third periods to bring home a 5-0 win.
In net, senior Olivia DeGuire made 29 stops.
Up front, junior Meghan Croyle and sophomore Emma DeMan each won nine face-offs. Graduate student Franki Cappello led the Mustangs with five shots, followed by Croyle with four and sophomore Abby Smith and senior Megan Swick with three apiece.
The Mustangs fall to 5-11-1 overall and 3-9-1 in MAC play. They face King's College once against next Friday, January 31st on the road before heading down the road to face Wilkes University on Saturday.
